ReplyDeleteI am Claudia Roca, and I am contacting you because Francesca Brivio gave me your contact.
Unfortunately I didn’t meet you when you came, because I couldn’t reach a space at the conference in Lima.
It would really really appreciate if you can give me some advice.
I have a 80 year-old mom with Sjögren syndrome. She was diagnose aprox 10 years ago.
She had the Sjögren associate to rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
She was admitted staying at the hospital 2 times for high fever and very high inflammatory indexes. After that she took for long periods of time plaquinol and cortisone.
For the last 3 years she stops plaquinol and begun metrotexate. But she has develop a not severe Pulmonary fibrosis.
She had bent joints and because of that 15 days ago she a surgery her hand on the thumb.
For period of times she has more pain on her knees and some times less. But she had lots of difficulty to walk properly due to her legs and knees that are twisted. She had been loosing strength in the extremities, (legs and arms) and it is difficult for her to stand straight.
Her brain works perfectly and she is very active in all that she can.
I want very bad to find something to stop the progress of all the deformation of the joints and help her have at least less pain and more strength in her muscles.
I am not sure if canabbis can help in some of these symptoms.
Thank you very much in advance for the time dedicated to read this
I will be looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Saludos,
Claudia Roca
